Real Motion™ Videos

Before I created the Real Motion Workouts, I made some videos with ideas for exercise anywhere. Those I called "60-Second Workouts". The exercises are simple to do anywhere.

After that, I created the Real Motion Workouts and now the Bear Essential Natural Movement Fitness Program.

I always like to learn and try new exercises and challenge myself, as you'll see in the videos further down.

60-Second Workouts

Fitness and exercise doesn't have to be restricted to the gym, and you don't always need a major workout. If you don't have much time, you can benefit by doing a little bit of exercise throughout your day. Whether at home, an office, or on the road, you can sneak in some quick exercises to help you stay fit.

My personal strength training using the Kettlebell and Rope

With fitness, you need to keep challenging yourself, trying new exercises to see what works and is effective. For myself, I've been focusing on strength training using Pavel's Kettlebell Simple & Sinister Workout and also rope climbing (it's a challenge).
