Real Motion Videos

Fitness and exercise doesn't have to be restricted to the gym, and you don't always need a major workout. If you don't have much time, you can benefit by doing a little bit of exercise throughout your day. Whether at home, an office, or on the road, you can sneak in some quick exercises to help you stay fit.

I also like to learn and try new exercises and challenge myself, as you'll see in the videos further down.

Fitness foundations

Squats and pushups are foundational strength skills we need and use everyday. Doing them right will keep you fit and reduce risk of injury.

Real Motion Cardio Workout

This cardio workout is from the Real Motion Workout DVD. It's an optional workout and is more intense than the other workouts.

60-Second Workouts

Before I created the Real Motion™ Workouts, I made some videos on exercises you can do anywhere. Those I called "60-Second Workouts". The exercises are simple to do wherever you are.

Strength training

My personal strength training using the kettlebell and rope climbing

With fitness, you need to keep challenging yourself, trying new exercises to see what works and is effective. For myself, I mix up my strength training with kettlebells using Pavel's Kettlebell Simple & Sinister Workout, and also rope climbing (it's a challenge).
