Personal training where you are at

I'm Andrew Yskes, a certified Personal Trainer Specialist and a certified Group Fitness and Fitness for Older Adults Instructor. I live and train in Edmonton, Alberta. I specialize in functional fitness, bodyweight and natural movement training, to help you move and get stronger.

I also created the Real Motion Workouts and Bear Essentials based on these fundamentals.

I approach fitness from a holistic, functional perspective. I design fitness programs suited to YOUR individual needs and goals. As you progress and reach your goals your program will also change.

Personal training with Real Motion Fitness & Health is easy – I come to you. If you live in Edmonton or the surrounding area, I provide in-home (mobile) fitness training, or in public fitness facilities.

Some people don't want to go to a gym, but would rather workout at home. I will train you in the comfort of your own home using the fitness equipment you have, providing additional encouragement and motivation.

Group fitness

I can instruct classes anywhere and will design a class for your specific groups' needs. I don't lead classes that are "canned", but believe a class and exercises need to adapt to then needs of the class.

If you want to train with a friend, spouse or partner, I also provide partner training (2–3 people at a time). I can also provide group fitness classes.

Do you have health benefits? If you have benefits with work, such as a health spending account or a fitness/health benefit, you can use these to help pay for your personal training sessions.

Real Motion Workouts – Onine or DVD – If you can't hire me personally, I also come online or in a DVD. Revolutionize your fitness using my Real Motion™ Workouts and Bear Essentials Natural Movement Fitness Program. It's not the same as me being there in person, but they are a great workout program on their own.
